Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ShedAway products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

• Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• How to return: Email us at support@shopshedaway.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — no return required.
